Subscriptions and licences
Access to ShikshaVidhan, InnDine and CubeClick Salon is provided under the plan and term specified in your order or agreement.
Payment and renewal
Fees are payable as per the invoice. Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are defined in your agreement. Implementation and customisation fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Support
Support is provided by email, phone and WhatsApp during business hours according to your support plan.
Data
You own your business data. On termination you can request an export of your data within the period stated in your agreement.
